Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

Local Pickup We offer in-store pickup at our Franklin County location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. No shipping charges apply for pickup orders.

Large & Bulk Orders Some items — including livestock feed and large lawn and garden supplies — may require freight shipping. If your order qualifies, we'll contact you with freight options and rates before processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
